Diplomacy, Human Rights and Protection of Minorities in the Black Sea Countries

Charikleia Aroni graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Democritus University of Thrace, where she also continued her studies with a postgraduate degree in International Law and a Phd in International Law. The title of her Thesis was “State Sovereignty in international Law: A Changing Constant”. She is Assistant Professor of Diplomacy, Human Rights and Protection of Minorities in the Black Sea Countries, in the Department of Humanitarian Studies, School of Humanitarian Studies, Democritus University of Thrace and she also teaches in the Democritus University of Thrace, Faculty of Law, Post Graduate Programme “International and European Energy Law” Her academic interests include Public International Law, International Energy Law, Human Rights and Protection of Minorities.
